As a first step in realizing this vision, the company introduced Tartaruga Mini Sheet Crispy Seaweed, a nutritious, ready-to-eat snack rich in fiber, vitamins, and minerals. While it currently uses imported Porphyra seaweed, PT Tartaruga Food Indonesia is actively researching the potential of local tropical varieties like Ulva sp. as part of its effort to build stronger domestic supply chains and reduce import dependency.
